A Special Gift

So happy to take pictures of this little lady. Her mom and dad are good friends of ours. She gave everyone a good scare. She had trouble breathing and spent the first week in the NICU. She made it home just in time for Thanksgiving. Welcome little miss W we are glad you are here and that you are at home with the ones that love you.

It's Family Time

Just a few of the families from today. Those of you waiting on your galleries working hard on them and they will be finished shortly. Also for those of you near McPherson or those of you that want to drive that far. I will be at a open house that will feature several different companies and there will be door prizes, YEA! So what will Stacy Case Photography be giving away. A free session fee with an 8x10. That is worth a little drive, I hope. Anyway it will be in McPherson next Saturday and the McPherson Opera House from 1000 to 200. Hope to see someone I know there. Hope everyone had a a Happy Thanks Giving.

The Three Stooges

Just having fun today. It is quite a chore to get three silly kids to smile and hold still all the time. Which is OK because I like these kind of pictures better anyway.

A Special Sneak Peak

This is a special sneak peak for the N family because today is the last full day they will spend together for a long time. Dad will be leaving tomorrow to join the troops in the war effort. They do not know exactly where he is going or for how long. If you are reading this blog I just ask you say a prayer for J and that he returns home quickly and safely. I also ask that you pray for is family while he is away and face the holidays without their husband, father, son, and brother.

A New Look

Continuing to work on my studio and with new equipment. The J family came back for more. The last photos we did were just of brother and sister. So this time the whole family got into the act. So here is you sneak peak J family.

"Four"

Watch out people it's Stacy on a golf cart. I am not sure it was the smartest thing that I be allowed to drive a golf cart. A, her mother and I enjoyed a late afternoon at the golf course. Doesn't it look warm and pleasant. Well it wasn't folks, it was down right freezing. Around 40 degrees to be exact. Miss A braved the weather so she could get a shot or two of her playing her game. Anyway we had a blast and here are your sneak peaks A.

The Last Wedding

Sad to say but this will be my last wedding. I think that as a photographer you find yourself falling into one of two categories. Either a wedding photographer or a portrait photographer. I much more enjoy doing portraits. I completely admire those that want to do weddings. I just find that for myself it is hard to handle the stress of all those important pictures on such a special day. I am not sure how I could live with myself if I was ever to ruin that for anyone. Sleepless nights prior to weddings has forced me to make the decision that I will no longer photograph weddings. I am glad I was able to end on such a good note. This was such a wonderful wedding and really enjoyed myself. So like a true athlete I am going out on the top of my wedding game. Thank you "O" family it was truly a pleasure to work with you.
